Managing partner, Aisha L. Success, founded The Success Firm, LLC to serve the growing needs of the metropolitan Atlanta area. A life-long resident of central DeKalb County and a graduate of the University of Georgia, Attorney Success is an experienced trial lawyer and civil litigator. She has committed her career to advocating for the needs of children and families. Establishing the firm as a community asset, Ms. Success has ensured that counseling families through legal challenges are the cornerstone of the Success Firm, LLC. Whether it be assisting a family through a marriage dissolution or guiding a couple through the estate planning or probate process, Ms. Success delivers legal solutions in the best interest of her clients.
Attorney Success’ passion for families has been present since the early days of her legal studies and career. While enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Ms. Success was an active member of the school’s Pro Bono Board. She was also certified as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem and worked as a law clerk for Richland County CASA, protecting the interest of minors involved in child abuse cases. During her final year of law school, Ms. Success gained invaluable experience as a student attorney enrolled in the school’s Child Protection Advocacy Clinic.
Attorney Success is a licensed member of both the South Carolina and Georgia State Bars, accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as a registered neutral with the State of Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. She has used her legal training to garner positive results for clients through litigation, trial, and mediation practices. Ms. Success has represented minors, adults, and the incapacitated in Georgia Superior, State, Juvenile, and Probate Courts. She has also fought to protect the interests of the vulnerable and veterans suffering from injuries. Ms. Success is an engaged colleague of the metro Atlanta legal community as a member of several organizations including, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, The Georgia Association of Counsel for Children, and the DeKalb Lawyers Association.
